Serving at Christian Worship Assembly is an opportunity to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and share the love of Jesus. Whether you’re serving with people, behind the scenes, through technology, worship, or our ministries, there’s a place for you on our Serve Team.

Welcome Team
Be part of the team that helps people feel at home at CWA. From hospitality and greeting to setup, breakdown, and safety and security, help create a welcoming, safe, and caring environment for everyone.
Kids Team
Make a difference in the lives of children by helping them know Jesus, build friendships, and grow in faith. Serve through teaching, activities, check-in, mentoring, and kids ministry experiences.
Students Team
Walk alongside students as they discover faith, purpose, and community. Help create a place where students can ask questions, grow spiritually, build friendships, and follow Jesus.
Worship Team
Help lead people into meaningful worship through your musical and creative gifts. Whether through vocals, instruments, or worship leadership, your service can help create space for people to connect with God.
Production Team
Make ministry happen behind the scenes through technology and creativity. Serve with audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, media, technology, photography, and other production roles.
Prayer Team
Be a source of prayer, encouragement, and care for others. Serve by praying with people, lifting up their needs, offering spiritual encouragement, and helping create a culture where people know they are not alone.
Missions Team
Take the love of Christ beyond the walls of the church. Serve through local outreach, community initiatives, missions trips, service projects, and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others.
Events Team
Help turn gatherings into memorable experiences where people can connect and belong. Serve with planning, hospitality, activities, setup, breakdown, coordination, and special events.
Small Groups
Help people find community, grow in faith, and do life together. Lead or support a small group where people can build relationships, study God’s Word, pray, and encourage one another.
